National Programs

The Little Company of Mary Health Care has a number of National programs aimed at improving health care across its services at a national level.

Risk Management:
The paramount need to minimise the risk of patients being unintentionally harmed by their health care treatment episodes has driven the development of an Integrated Risk Management Strategy by the LCM Health Care National Board. The aim of this Strategy is to provide a level of confidence to stakeholders through heightened accountability at the corporate governance, strategic and operational levels.
