LCM Health Care provides health, community and aged care services in New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

Little Company of Mary Health Care (LCM Health Care) provides a broad range of health, aged and community care services in six States and Territories:
- New South Wales;
- Victoria;
- Tasmania;
- South Australia;
- The Australian Capital Territory; and
- The Northern Territory.
Services include public and private hospital care, acute and sub-acute care, retirement and aged care services, and home based community care services.
Little Company of Mary Health Care services will
- Care for 164,600 inpatients
- Provide more than 566,000 days of hospital care.
- Have more than 1,550 inpatients in our hospitals.
- Deliver more than 6,000 babies in seven maternity units annually.
- Provide more than 90,000 outpatient services.
- Treat some 60,000 people in emergency departments.
- Assist a further 120,000 people through our community-based services.
- Provide more than 10,000 clients each month with home care support.
- Provide palliative care services to more than 5,000 people each year.
- Accommodate more than 700 people in three levels of aged care services – self-care or independent living, low care or hostel accommodation, and high care or nursing home accommodation.
Health care services include
- Specialist;
- sub-specialist;
- general medical and surgical services;
- maternity;
- rehabilitation alcohol and other drugs;
- breast screening;
- outpatient medical and allied health services;
- emergency departments;
- inpatient and outpatient mental health services;
- community based palliative care and rehabilitation;
- respite care;
- artificial limbs services;
- community nursing and other outreach services;
There are just under 9,000 full-time, part-time and casual staff working in the LCM Health Care system
